Objective
The client aimed to grow subscribers and drive sales globally within the women’s health, pregnancy, motherhood, and parenting space. A key priority was expanding reach and engagement through strategic affiliate and influencer partnerships, amplifying both brand visibility and meaningful connections with the target audience.
Actions Taken
During Q4, one of the most competitive periods of the year with key sales seasons dominating the market, we implemented an aggressive affiliate outreach strategy to cut through the noise. Paid placements were thoughtfully scheduled outside peak periods to minimise competition and avoid audience fatigue. Throughout the campaign, we maintained close communication on launches and nurtured strong relationships with affiliates. High-potential partners were incentivised through targeted commission boosts and performance bonuses, keeping them motivated and fully aligned with campaign goals.
